You are meant to be honest in this room. So here is what is actually true about what it holds, including the parts that are less flattering.

What you tell it. Everything you type, and everything the guide says back. That is the product. A room with no memory would start from nothing every time.
What you have done. Which sides you have worked on, how far you have climbed, what you chose to keep. Counts and dates, not sentences.
Who you are. Your email address, your name, and a photo if the account you signed in with has one. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We never see a password.
What it costs to serve you. Tokens spent, seconds of voice, which screens you used and for how long. That is so the room can be made better and priced honestly, and it is measured for that reason only.
Your conversations are stored under a random identifier, not your name and not your email address. One table maps that identifier back to you, and it is the only place the two ever meet.
This is pseudonymous, not anonymous. Anybody holding both the conversations and that mapping can work out whose words are whose. What it means is that a copy of the conversation store on its own is a pile of sentences belonging to nobody in particular. What it does not mean is that your words are unreadable to us.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to advertise to you. We do not hand it to anybody who is not on that list, unless the law makes us.
Yes, and you should know that rather than assume otherwise.
The desk he uses to look after people shows how far somebody has got by default, and shows their own sentences behind a deliberate extra click. He reads them to make the room better, and to help you when you ask for help.
For as long as you have an account, because that is what makes the room worth coming back to.
Ask and it is deleted. Deleted means the conversations, the counts, and the mapping between you and them.
Write to coach@metamorphosisworldwide.com and Alan will do it himself. There is no form and there is no department.
One, to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. What the room measures about its own use is tied to the random identifier rather than to a cookie, and it never leaves the room.
The room is for people running businesses. It is not for anybody under 18.
The date at the top changes with it, and you will be told by email if what changes is who sees your words.
The six sides of a business, and the six you meet inside. This page is about what happens to what you say to them.
