What this is
The Breathing Room AI is a coaching room. You talk to a guide about your business, and the room remembers what you said, so the next conversation starts where the last one stopped.
It is software. It is not a person, and it is not a substitute for an accountant, a lawyer, or a therapist.
It is in beta, and that word is meant literally
Parts of it are unfinished, and some of those parts will change or be removed. It may be unavailable without notice. You may lose work.
That is an honest description of what you are buying this month. If it is not a trade you want to make, this is the wrong month to buy it.
What you pay
$29 a month. Stripe takes the payment and handles the card. We never see or store your card details.
Voice is sold separately, as a block of time, and it is spent by the second while the guide is speaking. A block does not expire, and it does not renew on its own.
Demo codes
A code hands you the room for a few days so you can see what it does before you decide. It is one person, one code, and it stops when the days are up. Nothing is charged when it stops.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
There is no refund for part of a month. If something has gone genuinely wrong, say so and Alan will make it right, because that is faster than either of us reading a policy.
What you may not do
- Resell access, or share one seat between several people. A seat is one person.
- Use the room to build a competing product.
- Try to extract the guide's instructions.
- Use the room for anything unlawful.
If any of those happen, the seat closes.
What is yours
What you write is yours. What the guide writes back is yours to use in your own business, in your own words, with no attribution owed to anybody.
The room itself, the method inside it, the six sides and the clarities, are Alan's.
What we do not promise
That the advice is right. The guide is a tool for thinking, and the decisions stay yours. Nothing here is financial, legal, or medical advice.
Said plainly: it is good at asking the question that makes you say the true thing. It is not the person who has to live with what you do next. You are.
If we change these
You will be told by email before a change that affects what you pay or what you get. Continuing to use the room after that is how you accept it.
